Fiona and Captain Underpants

Fiona has grown up an awful lot this year and will be going to middle school this fall. That thought totally frightens me, but what can I do?

I think he's outgrown it.

Rowan still think he should be the baby, apparently. I'm pretty sure that swing is never going to be the same. Good thing we're not planning on having any more babies to put in it.

Killy got a new doo

Here's Killian with my favorite wig. I usually only wear it on Halloween, but sometimes to go to the store for ice cream... if it's a special occasion.

Finally an update

Here's Merrin and Killy hangin' out on the couch. I think Merrin was about 5 months old in this picture. She's doing really great and starting to think about crawling. The kids love her to death, even Rowan has taken a liking to her. He likes to try and make her smile or laugh.

1 month old baby Merrin.

She's definately a Grigg baby. Our genes must be pretty compatible because all of our babies have looked almost exactly the same. Fortunately they've been cute.

Welcome to our home.

Come on in. Hopefully I'll get some pictures up soon of the interior of the house. I'm kind of waiting until we get a little more organized and get some art up on the walls and such. So ever since we started building we've been wondering what to call our little piece of the world out here. After living on the acreage since September and enduring some pretty harsh winter weather, I came up with WindDrift Acres. What do you think? I'll probably get one of those little fake street signs for our driveway that says "WindDrift Lane" or something like that. But anyway, in case you hadn't guessed, the wind blows alot out here.

Snowy House Pics

Here is a shot of the house in it's completed and lived-in state. It's been a whirlwind of activity since we moved in on December 12th. Merrin was born just 6 days later, then 6 more days later it was Christmas Eve and we travelled to Othello, and Moses Lake for the holiday, then we came back home Christmas night. Two days later we left the older kids and went to the Tri-Cities with the Killian family for our annual temple trip and overnighter. 3 days later it was New Years Eve and we had some friends over for an impromptu NY Eve party. Then on the 6th I had to go down to Arizona for the annual CarMedic company meeting. Finally we're all just home and getting more comfortable every day in the new house. It's finally starting to feel like home.
